An app does not open or closes unexpectedly
Check that the latest version is installed, close the app fully and open it again. Reinstall only as a final step because removing an app also removes its locally stored progress, profiles and settings.

Music or sound effects are not playing
Check the device media volume and the sound control in the app. Silent mode can also affect audio playback on iPhone.
KinQueue videos do not load or play
Check the internet connection, then close and reopen KinQueue. Video availability and playback are provided through YouTube and can depend on the selected video, region or YouTube service. Reinstall only as a final step because KinQueue profiles and settings are stored locally.
