Privacy policy
This policy covers the Rim & Feathers, Mewtavoli and KinQueue mobile apps and the Here2Play website. Rim & Feathers and Mewtavoli work without advertising, tracking or accounts. KinQueue has no Here2Play account or own analytics, but loads third-party video through YouTube.
Data collected by the apps
Rim & Feathers and Mewtavoli do not send personal information or gameplay data to Here2Play. They have no account system, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking. They do not ask for names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos or microphone access.
KinQueue and YouTube
KinQueue has no Here2Play account, own cloud account or own analytics. Child profiles, age groups, channel choices, prepared queues, viewing history, requests, language settings and the protected parent PIN are stored locally on the device. Use ‘Delete family data’ on iOS or ‘Delete all app data’ on Android. This removes local profiles, choices, added videos, rounds, history, requests and PIN. Language, appearance and the bundled or locally cached catalog remain. Use this action before uninstalling the app. On iOS, protected PIN data in the keychain may survive reinstallation.
When KinQueue loads a YouTube thumbnail or video, the device connects directly to YouTube and Google. They may process information such as the IP address, device and browser details, cookies or other identifiers, and interactions with the YouTube player under their own terms and privacy policies. YouTube may show ads in its player; KinQueue does not choose or control them. KinQueue is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Data stored on the device
Rim & Feathers and Mewtavoli store game progress, unlocked content, language and sound settings locally on the device. Here2Play does not receive this information. It is removed when progress is reset or the relevant app is uninstalled.
Support messages
If you email Here2Play, we receive your email address, message and any device or app details you choose to include. We use this only to answer the request and diagnose the reported issue. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a return address to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing support and maintaining our products. Support messages are normally deleted within 12 months after the request is closed, unless they are still needed for ongoing support or a legal obligation.
Website, hosting and cookies
This website has no account system, contact form, advertising or analytics. OpenAI Sites hosts the website and Cloudflare helps deliver and protect it. These providers may process basic request data such as IP address, browser details and access time. Here2Play does not build its own visitor database or use this data for advertising or profiling. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Technical logs are retained only for the providers' operational and security periods.
Product videos are shown with locally hosted preview images. The privacy-enhanced YouTube player loads only after you explicitly allow YouTube in the video card. Without that consent, the website does not connect to YouTube. After consent, the device connects to YouTube and Google, which may process request and player data under their own policies. YouTube may also display ads in the player.
Cloudflare places the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. It is not used by Here2Play for advertising or analytics and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Because it is necessary for website security, it is placed without an opt-in cookie banner.
App stores and purchases
Purchases, payment processing, installation and store diagnostics are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy terms. Here2Play does not receive payment card details.
Sharing and security
Here2Play does not sell personal information. Information from a support request is shared only with service providers needed to operate email and hosting, including OVHcloud, OpenAI and Cloudflare, or when required by law. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, recognised safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses must apply. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the information.
Children
The apps do not ask children to send personal information to Here2Play and contain no chat, user-generated uploads or social profiles. Rim & Feathers and Mewtavoli contain no external advertising. In KinQueue, a parent chooses the available third-party channels and videos; YouTube may show ads and process player data under its own policies. A parent or guardian can contact Here2Play about any privacy concern.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information sent in a support request, or object to or restrict its processing where applicable. Because the apps have no Here2Play accounts and Here2Play does not receive their locally stored app data, there is no remote player profile to retrieve or delete. Data portability applies only where its legal conditions are met. Here2Play does not use personal information for automated decision-making. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
