Privacy policy
This policy covers the Rim & Feathers mobile app and the Here2Play website. They are designed to work without advertising, tracking or unnecessary accounts.
Data collected by the app
Rim & Feathers does not send personal information or gameplay data to Here2Play. It has no account system, advertising, analytics or third-party tracking. It does not ask for names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos or microphone access.
Data stored on the device
Level progress, unlocked items, language and sound settings, and discoveries are stored locally on the device. Here2Play does not receive this information. It is removed when progress is reset or the app is uninstalled.
Support messages
If you email Here2Play, we receive your email address, message and any device or app details you choose to include. We use this only to answer the request and diagnose the reported issue. Support messages are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or to meet a legal obligation, then deleted.
Website and hosting
This website has no account system, contact form, advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and network providers may process basic technical request data, such as IP address, browser details and access time, to deliver and protect the website. Here2Play does not use that data for advertising or profiling. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
App stores and purchases
Purchases, payment processing, installation and store diagnostics are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own privacy terms. Here2Play does not receive payment card details.
Sharing and security
Here2Play does not sell personal information. Information from a support request is shared only with service providers needed to operate email and hosting, or when required by law. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect it.
Children
The app does not ask children to provide personal information and contains no chat, user-generated content, external advertising or social profiles. A parent or guardian can contact Here2Play about any privacy concern.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information sent in a support request, or object to or restrict its processing where applicable. Because the game has no account and Here2Play does not receive local game progress, there is no remote player profile to retrieve or delete. You may also contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
